You can find the Ghostly Bagpiper inside the Walt Disney World (and Disneyland) Haunted Mansion Ride. He is is in the graveyard near the end of the ride. On Friday the 13th in June, Disney released a pin featuring the bagpiping ghost. Take a look here.
